This document outlines the Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governing the collection, usage, storage, and protection of personal information submitted by consumers and healthcare professionals (specifically physiotherapists) through this digital form or via associated web portals. 

By proceeding, you agree to these Terms, which ensure lawful, fair, and transparent processing of your personal data, in line with Indian legal obligations. 


2. Nature and Purpose of Data Collection 

This form collects voluntary information from consumers and registered physiotherapists in India for: 

  • Invitations to attend brand-facilitated fitness events, educational webinars or offline sessions 

  • Sharing of event-specific materials (certificates, presentations, etc.) 

  • Updates about future learning events and health education opportunities 

  • Research and feedback analysis (non-commercial, anonymized formats) 

  • Enhancing brand offerings and engagement with healthcare professionals

4. Lawful Basis for Processing 

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases as per Indian IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act (2023): 

  • Consent: You are providing freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. 

  • Purpose Limitation: Data will only be used for stated purposes related to health education and professional engagement. 

  • Minimalism: Only data relevant and necessary to the stated purpose is collected. 

  • Fair Use: No data will be used to profile, target or discriminate against individuals.


5. Storage, Security & Transfer 

Your data will be stored securely on protected servers managed by the Brand and/or its third-party service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

  • Data backups with restricted physical access 

International Transfer: We do not transfer your data outside India. If in the future such transfer is required for event hosting, you will be informed and your explicit consent obtained.

11. Limitation of Liability 

The Brand shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to: 

  • False data submitted by you 

  • Technical errors beyond our control 
    Misuse of data due to breach of tools/platforms outside our control
